ADMISSIONS
While seeking admission to the school, the following documents should be submitted:
- • Admission form duly filled in with all particulars fully and correctly furnished.
- • Photocopy of the Birth Certificate (with original to be seen and returned immediately).
- • Transfer certificate and conduct certificate when it is applicable.
- • Two stamp-sized photographs of the child.
HEALTH
The School must be informed if the child is suffering from any illnesses or allergies, is on any medication or has any medical condition requiring particular care.
A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, filled in and signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner, must be submitted to the school.
